“Must not be boring!”

My clients had recently moved to a new bungalow opposite their daughter to make life easier, but the kitchen was badly designed and definitely needed cheering up. Something exciting and funky was called for with a lively colour and ease of use as the two top priorities  After much searching this Tavola Anthracite door was chosen for its lovely colour and texture. An under counter integrated fridge and freezer were installed together with large pan drawers and a corner cupboard with a Le Man pull out for storing food. It was very important that I got the cooker right, so after much discussion a Hotpoint DHS53X double oven was chosen which everyone is delighted with, and which has since produced some excellent cakes. The worktop, Duropal Mirabelle Corro complimented the Anthracite doors excellently. We only had a 500 sink base cabinet so chose a Franke Laser single bowl sink, which still has a very decent size bow, and the Eiger Chrome tap was chosen for its simple design and ease of use. The tiles to finish off the kitchen took a long time to decide on, but finally deep ruby tiles were chosen and overall the kitchen whilst being modern has a wonderfully comfortable homely feeling.

Susie Hammond comes highly recommended for her expert advice and helpfulness with the design and colour of our new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble, and her advice on small details was superb. Her ability to keep within the project's budget was very much appreciated. The whole experience was a pleasure.
